All prices and times are correct at the time of publish, they are subject to change without notice.

Set up and clear down times are included in the total timings. We aim to keep within these timings, however unforeseen circumstances means that we do have to be flexible.


Travel is included into the price up to 5 miles radius, please ask if you enquire further than this.


We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. There will be a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost if within this time. There is 100% of the total appointment charge if we are not informed. If your appointment is part of a fixed block of treatments and an appointment is missed or cancelled during 24 hours before the appointment it will be removed from the outstanding balance.


We reserve the right to ask for a deposit to secure an appointment, all charges made in accordance with cancellation policy. If deposit is made and appointment is cancelled within the policy time, we are happy to refund the deposit. All deposits will be taken from the final treatment balance.


Total treatment balance is due at the time of appointment, unless it has been agreed, in writing, with owner. If not paid in full by 10 working days, it will be forwarded to out debt collection company where further fees can occur.


All block bookings must be taken within 8 months of purchase.


We endeavour to provide the best service we can, however if you are not fully satisfied with your care, please contact as soon as possible.

A full medical history Is taken on your first appointment and will be updated often. Medical conditions must be informed to your therapist at the beginning of your appointment as it might not be appropriate for you. If a reactions occurs and medical history was not disclosed it could invalid any claim. We require your doctors permission for some aliments and cannot continue treatment until we receive this.


You will be asked to check and sign your treatment consultation form to confirm all treatment plans and medical history. We can provide an electrical copy to be sent to you for your records.


For the comfort of your treatment we ask that all electrical devices (phone, tablet, etc.) are either switched off or put onto silent. This includes the therapists own devices.


We ask that all pets are in a secure location during treatment and that al children under 16 cared for by a suitable adult.


This is a female based service and will consider males on a referral basis. Our services has no connections with sexual services. Any physical or verbal abuse towards our staff is not tolerated, all instances will be reported to the police and all payments made previously will not be refunded.


No consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs before, during or after treatment, as this can affect the final result and put our staff at risk. Your treatment will not go ahead and cancellation policy will be activated.


We have the right to refuse treatment.


Offers Terms & Conditions


Friends referral £5 off each offer.


£5 discount will be applied after “friend” has had their first treatment. £5 off is valid for 6 months after activation, it cannot be transferred and has no monetary value. Valid for treatments over £25. Not to be used with any other offer.
